Deverá cobrir as cenouras cortadas até que o garfo espete as rodelas de cenoura sem dificuldade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2- Depois de cozido passam-se pelo passe-vite e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:webdings;" &gt;no final irá sobrar sempre cenoura mais grossa (+ou- 200g).&lt;br /&gt;Junta o açúcar e vai ao lume 5 a 10 minutos, até estar apurado... Raspei e voltei a pôr na base. (muito opcional..)&lt;br /&gt;- Mostarda q.b. (muito opcional..)&lt;br /&gt;- Pimenta q.b.(muito opcional..)&lt;br /&gt;- Picante q.b. (muito opcional..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------------Preparação:------------------&lt;br /&gt;-----1- Lavagem dos caracois :&lt;br /&gt;&gt; lavar abundantemente todos os caracois em várias águas, até esta ficar limpa.&lt;br /&gt;&gt; Esfregar sal em todos os caracois sem a água, e importante....&lt;br /&gt;&gt; Depois, Lavar abundantemente e tirar todo o sal dos caracois (desta maneira ficam limpinhos, mas muito tempo no sal mata-os.. não queremos isso antes da fase do tacho..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-----2- Colocar os caracóis no tacho&lt;br /&gt;&gt; o tacho não pode ficar cheio até cima ! (vão largar muita espuma )&lt;br /&gt;&gt; encher de água até 1 polegar acima do nível dos caracois (medida a olho :) )&lt;br /&gt;&gt; Pôr a tampa e ligar em lume brando/mínimo ! Queremos pouco trabalho a tira-los cá para fora ! :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-----3--15/25min-- Lume brando..caracóis com os cornos de fora...&lt;br /&gt;&gt; Assim que os caracóis estiverem mortos, todos com os corninhos de fora em lume mínimo...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-----4- -15min--coloca-se o lume no máximo:&lt;br /&gt;&gt; ... e espera-se muita espuma nesta próxima fase...&lt;br /&gt;&gt; Com espumadeira, tirar toda a espuma&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-----5- Assim que não houver mais espuma... vamos aos condimentos !&lt;br /&gt;À quem siga a via + simples ... mas o meu pai é guloso ..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt;Espalhar na secção do tacho e ir mexendo com os condimentos  (q.b... pois .. nao posso ajudar mais ...) :&lt;br /&gt;- Sal grosso&lt;br /&gt;- dentes de alho c/ casca interna&lt;br /&gt;- 3 cubos knorr de  caldo de carne&lt;br /&gt;- coentros (crivados)&lt;br /&gt;-  Toucinho e/ou presunto  e/ou Bacon q.b. (muito opcional..)&lt;br /&gt;- Mostarda q.b. (muito  opcional..)&lt;br /&gt;- Pimenta q.b.(muito opcional..)&lt;br /&gt;- Picante q.b. (muito  opcional..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt; Mexer os caracóis com os condimentos, controlar o lume a ferver suavemente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----6-- provar molho! ------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&gt;Provar molho e adicionar mais sal se for necessário&lt;br /&gt;&gt;provar um caracol e verificar se está tenro .. desligar o lume ..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adeus ... vou come-los .. ;)&lt;div style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;300g Farinha&lt;/span&gt; (opcionalmente trocar metade da farinha por papas de aveia ou frutos secos como passas/amêndoas/bolachas despedaçadas)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;b) Depois de tanto tempo de esquecimento, aqui vai a primeira receita de 2008!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A receita não é minha, foi-me dada pela Sílvia :P, eu apenas lhe acrescentei uns pormenorzitos :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ing.:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bifes de perú (depende do n.º de pessoas a alimentar...)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sumo de limão&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pimenta (de preferência preta e moida na hora)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ovos (depende da quantidade de bifes)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pão ralado&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Natas (1 pacote por cada 3 bifes)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mostarda&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cogumelos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Temperem os bifes com sal, sumo de limão e pimenta. Deixem a marinar por uma 1/2 hora.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;"Esfreguem" os bifes com mostarda (ao vosso gosto), passem pelo ovo batido e depois pelo pão ralado. Coloquem os bifes num tabuleiro que possa ir ao forno e à mesa de forma a que os bifitos não fiquem uns em cima dos outros. Am I getting better?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ing..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p:colorscheme colors="#c16059,#2f1311,#000000,#f7d47d,#d5b781,#79af7d,#f0b854,#dc893e"&gt;  &lt;/p:colorscheme&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;a onion&lt;br /&gt;garlic&lt;br /&gt;bacon&lt;br /&gt;500g of cooked chicken&lt;br /&gt;1 can of mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;2 dl of cream (natas)&lt;br /&gt;500g of pastery (massa quebrada)&lt;br /&gt;salt, pepper &amp; oil qb&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Put on fire the onion, the garlic and the bacon with a little bit of oil (a few minutes).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Join the chicken and the mushrooms. Let them cook for a few minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Put the pastery into the can and then into the oven, to cook, for 15 min.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Then put the cooked chicken into the cooker. Mix the eggs, add some salt &amp;amp; pepper.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Add the cream. Juntem o sumo e a raspa das laranjas.&lt;br /&gt;Misturem a farinha e o fermento (de preferência peneirados).&lt;br /&gt;Batam as claras em castelo e envolvam na massa. Untem uma forma de buraco e vertam o preparado na forma.&lt;br /&gt;Aqueçam o forno a 170º. Coloquem o bolo no forno e deixem cozer durante 10 min. Seguir a ordem correcta.&lt;br /&gt;No final mexe-se todo o tempo, toda a base do tacho (para  não agarrar e queimar!) no lume até  começar a ferver (começar a solidificar e borbulhar)&lt;br /&gt;Nota:Se ficar muito espesso, juntar mais sumo de laranja! Rala-se completamente bolacha, até ficar em farinha, e mistura-se a manteiga com o chocolate e envolve-se bem. Junta-se o côco (10 colheres de sopa, dependendo do gosto de cada um poder-se-à adicionar mais quantidade)  e amassa-se muito bem o preparado.  caso a sua consistência for muito arenosa ponde-se juntar a gema de ovo. Torna-se a amassar muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;Faz-se bolinhas pequenas com o preparado, e passa-se por côco ralado e dispõe-se em forminhas de papel.&lt;br /&gt;Deixa-se repousar as bolinhas para ganharem consistência. Adicione o caldo de carne e tempere com o piripiri. Deixe ferver suavemente durante cerca de 15 minutos, polvilhe com a farinha e deixe engrossar, mexendo sempre. Retire o louro e mantenha o molho quente.&lt;br /&gt;Aqueça as fatias de pão de forma. Frite as bifanas de ambos os lados na restante margarina Vaqueiro. Tempere com uma pitada de sal e coloque cada bifana sobre uma fatia de pão de forma. Deixem levantar fervura e tirem do lume em seguida. Juntem a farinha toda de uma vez e mexam vigorosamente com uma colher de pau, até a massa se soltar das paredes da panela. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:&amp;quot;;font-size:12;"  lang="PT" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="texto111"&gt;Levem novamente a panela ao lume e continuem a mexer em lume baixo até a bola de massa ficar mais seca (+/- 1 minuto). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Transfiram a massa para uma tigela e j&lt;span class="texto111"&gt;untem os ovos, um de cada vez, mexendo bem após cada adição, até que a massa fique brilhante e macia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="texto111"&gt;Untem um tabuleiro e polvilhem com farinha. Façam bolinhas (do tamanho desejado) com a massa e coloquem-nas no tabuleiro. &lt;/span&gt;Levem a forno quente (230º C ) pré-aquecido, por 10 minutos, até a massa começar a dourar.&lt;br /&gt;Apaguem o lume e coloquem uma colher de pau na porta do forno, para mantê-la semiaberta. Deixem por mais 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="texto111"&gt;Quando as bolinhas estiverem prontas e FRIAS, façam-lhes um pequeno corte e recheiem com gelado de baunilha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="texto11"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;font-size:12;"  lang="PT" &gt;&lt;span class="texto111"&gt;A calda de chocolate:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="texto111"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:&amp;quot;;font-size:12;"  lang="PT" &gt;Derretam o chocolate em banho-maria e em seguida adicionem o leite préviamente aquecido.
